GENERAL

How do I get service if my unit is under warranty?

-- You should bring the unit with a copy of the bill of sale and we will take care of the rest.

How long does it take to service a piece of equipment?

-- We require 1-4 business days to evaluate your unit for repair on the workbench. If the the repair does not require parts to be ordered (or we have the neccesary parts in stock), the repair may be serviced on the same day was evaluated for repair.

How can I check the status of my repair?

-- Call us and provide the claim check number.



FEES/CHARGES

How much is the estimate charge?

-- This depends on the level of complexity in regards to the repair. In most cases it is $30.00, but may also range up to $60.00 depending on the type of unit. This can be determined and discussed when you bring the unit to us.

Can I send or write a personal check to cover the estimate charge?

-- Yes, but the final payment is accepted as cash, certified check or money orders, only.

Are there are charges associated with warranty repairs?

-- No, but if there is any physical damage or signs of abuse prior to the repair, we will charge for their restoration.

Do you charge a storage fee if I don't pick up my serviced unit after 30 days?

-- Yes. A storage fee of $20.00 per week will be charged.

 

SHIPPING

Can I ship my unit to you for repair?

-- Yes. Please make sure you pack it well and include a note stating the repair issue, your return address/phone number and return shipping label.
Any warranty work requires a copy of the bill of sale.
Non-warranty work requires a personal check / money order for the estimate charge.
Please call us before you ship.

Once the service is completed, how will you ship the unit back to me?

-- We can ship the unit back. We will use the same box, your provided return shipping label. You may send us guaranteed fund like certified check or a money order. If you mail a personal check, we will hold the unit until the check clears.



IN-HOME SERVICE

Do you make house calls?
-- Yes, but we mainly provide house calls for televisions. In specific cases, we may provide home service for home theater systems.
